Personal Cleaner Haute-Savoie offers one-off or recurring services for properties used as short-term rentals: apartments, second homes, chalets and properties entrusted to a concierge service.
These services are distinct from Personal Services (SAP). They are therefore not eligible for the French SAP tax credit or the Advance Payment scheme.
The goal is to ensure a polished presentation of the property between two stays, with a level of care suited to hosting travellers: visible cleanliness, finishing touches, tidying and overall consistency of the spaces.
Service across the whole Mont-Blanc valley — Saint-Gervais, Megève, Chamonix, Les Houches, Combloux, Passy and surrounding villages.

Service contract
Signed before the first visit. Sets out conditions, frequency, access and payment.
30% deposit
Paid on confirmation. Remaining 70% by bank transfer or card after the service.
72h minimum notice
All year round. Urgent requests possible subject to availability.

Recommended for self-managed access — provided by the owner.
❄ Winter season: surcharge from November to March inclusive, limited availability — early booking recommended. T4 and above: on quote. Courtesy consumables at the owner's expense unless stated otherwise. All services are covered by a professional liability insurance. Packages may be adjusted according to the actual condition of the property, the surface area, the linen, the number of beds and the turnover rate.
