Personal Cleaner professional preparing linen in the bedroom of an alpine chalet.

A method born on the ground

An entrepreneurial experience dedicated to service quality, since 2009.

Personal Cleaner draws on entrepreneurial experience that began in 2009 in the personal-services sector.

Over the years, the variety of missions, environments and expectations encountered in the field highlighted one essential reality: service quality does not rest on task execution alone. It also depends on organisation, consistency, communication and the ability to understand each client's specific needs.

This experience gradually gave rise to a more structured way of working: clarifying services, preparing interventions, formalising instructions, running a final check, follow-up and professional communication.

The Personal Cleaner Method now gathers these learnings into a concrete, step-by-step programme. It supports professionals who want to structure their business, improve their service quality and build a lasting relationship of trust with their clients.

This training shares a method and tools. It does not guarantee clientele, income or admission to the network.

What you will see before the first participants

No fabricated testimonials — concrete signals from the field.

As long as no participant has completed a paid level, no testimonial is displayed. Instead:

  • A real track record in private-residence cleaning since 2009.
  • Anonymised excerpts of tools, shown only as an overview.
  • The real steps taken to structure the activity.
  • The documented evolution of the site and the method.
